Restoration of a historic building in Lucca city centre, formerly the home of the city’s Land Registry; static consolidation of the structures damaged by time and lack of care, in particular roofs and facades.
Construction of a guest house in the hills of Mutigliano, 5 km outside Lucca, a characteristic country house set in the countryside amid historic olive plantations.
